Vietnam e-Visa for Indian travellers
Booking a Vietnam trip with us? Send us your clients' documents and we apply for the e-Visa on their behalf.

1. Passport copy
- A clear colour scan of the passport photo page
- The photo, every detail and both code lines at the bottom must be visible
- Flat and straight, with no glare, shadows or cut-off edges (JPG or PDF)
- Valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Vietnam
- At least 2 blank pages
2. Photograph
- 4 × 6 cm, in colour, taken within the last 6 months
- Plain white background, with no shadows or patterns
- Looking straight at the camera, neutral expression, eyes open
- No spectacles, no cap or hat (religious headwear only if the whole face is visible)
- JPG, under 1 MB — no selfies, filters, or photos cut from the passport
3. Other details, per traveller
- Home address in India
- Occupation
- Mobile number and email address
- Arrival and departure flights, if already booked
Good to know
- Tourist e-Visa, single entry
- Travellers must arrive through the airport named on the e-Visa
- Send the documents at least 2 weeks before travel
- Print the e-Visa and carry it with the passport
